SHINee’s Jonghyun will be returning as a solo artist later this month.
On May 4, SM Entertainment confirmed that Jonghyun would be releasing a full-length album this month. Before SM confirmed the news, it was rumored that the album will be released during the fourth week of May and that Jonghyun is working on the showcase.
It is also stated that Jonghyun wrote the lyrics and composed/produced all of the songs on the album. Jonghyun is well-known for his songwriting talents, and has written songs for EXO, Lee Hi, IU, Lim Kim, etc.
This will be Jonghyun’s first full-length album. He released his first mini-album, Base, in January 2015, and a compilation album, Story Op.1 in September.
